Great product is also well documented, but the battery will crash within 3-6 months of normal use, or will be deeply disappointed, as those of us who have used this little gadget for a bit 'AER.

I bought it for my mother as a Christmas present. It worked great for about 6 months. Then it would not work all at once. Has never been dropped or mishandled. Worked with the technical support and could not revive her. Only a small fan beeps os and then turned back. I sent the company to correct. I got it back 40 days later. It worked and fixed, even if it is out of warranty! We were so happy. Then, the next trip. Dead. Not working again. Since the guarantee is only 90 days, nothing to do but complain and get another brand.
